Out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., filing fees, courier costs) incurred on your behalf may be billed separately.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you fail to meet your obligations under these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided in accordance with professional standards, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. You acknowledge that:

  • Tax laws and regulations are subject to change, which may affect the accuracy of advice or projections.
  • We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or other consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services provided is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Mediation: If mediation fails,
  • Arbitration: Binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
